1 How does the team store process work?

We set up an online team store for your team or organization. Once the store is ready, the coach or team organizer sends the store link to players and parents and lets us know the deadline for stock items such as caps, belts, and socks. Parents order online, pay online, enter their player information, provide their own shipping address, and have gear shipped directly to their doorstep.

2 Can we still submit a bulk spreadsheet order?

Yes. If your organization wants to submit a bulk order the way you have always done it, that is fine. We have a form for that. You can fill it out, send it back to us, and we can fulfill the order. Bulk orders ship as one team order to the person who submitted the order. That person is responsible for distributing the gear to players.

3 Online ordering vs. bulk team order

Online Team Store Ordering: Parents and players order directly through the store, enter their own information, pay online, provide their own shipping address, and receive their order directly.

Bulk Team Order: The coach or team organizer submits one full team order. EZ Sports Apparel fulfills the order and ships it to the person who submitted it. That person distributes the gear.

4 What are the benefits of online ordering?

Online ordering removes the extra work from the coach or team organizer. No collecting sizes, names, numbers, payments, spreadsheets, Venmo requests, shipping addresses, late order requests, or boxes of gear to distribute.

5 If we submit a bulk order, do we still get a team store?

Yes. Even if you submit a bulk order, we set up a team store so players, parents, and families can order required and optional gear online 24/7, 365 days a year with no minimum order for custom items. The bulk order handles the initial team need. The online store handles everything after that.

6 How fast can our team store be ready?

Most team stores can be ready within 24–48 hours. Once the store is ready, you send the link to your players and parents when you are ready for them to order.

7 Can players and parents order all year?

Yes. Custom-made gear can be available online 24/7, 365 days a year. Stock items such as caps, belts, and socks may only be available before your team’s deadline because those items depend on inventory and bulk ordering.

8 Is the team store really free?

Yes. EZ Sports Apparel builds your online team store at no setup cost. Additionally, we will design and create needed artwork for you at no additional charge. Your store can include uniforms, player packages, spirit wear, fan gear, and other approved custom team apparel.
